Terms of Service

The service

Dame Hombro turns one photo into a short vertical AI video inspired by the "Dame Hombro" freestyle trend, and publishes English guides to the phrase. It is an independent tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Bulin 47, Kevin Wai, or their label. The original freestyle, song and lyrics belong to the artists.

Your account

You must be 18 or older to create an account. Keep your sign-in details private; you are responsible for activity on your account.

Photos you upload

By uploading a photo you confirm that:

• it shows you, or someone who gave you permission to use their photo;
• the person is 18 or older;
• the person is not a celebrity or public figure;
• it does not contain nudity, violence, hate symbols or anything illegal.

We may refuse or delete content that breaks these rules and close accounts that misuse the service.

Videos you generate

AI output varies: faces, gestures, backgrounds and audio may not match your photo or expectations exactly. You may use the videos you generate for personal and social media posts. Do not use them to deceive people about who someone is, to harass anyone, or to imply an endorsement by the artists. The audio is an original beat; it is not the official track.

Credits and payments

Credits are bought in one-time packs through Stripe and are valid for 365 days. One video uses the number of credits shown next to the button before you start. Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred. See the refund policy.

Availability and liability

We provide the service as is and may change or pause it. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 30 days.
