Failed renders

If a video fails or is blocked by the provider, the credits for that video are returned to your balance automatically. You do not need to contact us.

Unused credit packs

If you have not used any credits from a pack, you can ask for a full refund within 7 days of purchase. Email support@damehombro.org from the address on your account with your order number.

Videos you did not like

AI output varies between runs, so a finished video that renders successfully is not refunded in cash. If a result is clearly broken (for example the face is missing or the clip is corrupted), email us with the order number and we will return the credits for that video.

How refunds are paid

Payment refunds go back to the card you paid with through Stripe. Banks usually show them within 5–10 business days.
