Who we are

Dame Hombro (damehombro.org) is an independent AI video tool and guide. It is not affiliated with Bulin 47, Kevin Wai or their label. Questions about this policy: support@damehombro.org.

What we collect

1. Account details — your email address and name when you sign up or sign in.
2. Photos you upload — the single photo you choose for a video. It is stored in our cloud storage so the video model can read it.
3. Videos we generate — the finished MP4 is linked to your account so you can download it later.
4. Payments — Stripe processes card payments. We receive the order status and amount, never your full card number.
5. Basic usage data — pages visited, browser and device type, and cookies needed for sign-in. If analytics are enabled, they are described in the cookie banner.

How we use it

• To render the video you asked for: your photo and a fixed scene prompt are sent to our AI video provider (currently KIE), which returns the video.
• To keep your credit balance, orders and videos in your account.
• To prevent abuse, such as photos of celebrities, public figures or minors.
• To answer support requests.

We do not sell your data and we do not use your photos to train models.

How long we keep it

Uploaded photos and generated videos are kept while your account is active so you can download them again. You can ask us to delete them, or your whole account, at any time by emailing support. Payment records are kept as long as tax law requires.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion. Email support@damehombro.org from the address on your account.

Children

The service is for adults. You must be 18 or older, and photos of anyone under 18 are not allowed.

Changes

If this policy changes, we update the date at the top of this page.
